Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your Mazaclass subscription at any time. Cancellations are effective immediately. Once cancelled, your access to Mazaclass will be disabled, and no further charges will apply from the next billing cycle.

2. Refunds

All payments made to Mazaclass are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement with your company. This means:

• No refunds will be issued for partial usage of services.
• No pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
• Any exceptions must be documented in a contract signed with Mazaclass.

3. Special Cases

In cases where a refund policy has been agreed upon in writing with your company, the terms outlined in that specific contract will take precedence over this general policy.
